Refunds For Private Listings
Customarily, CarGurus will not provide refunds for the private listing service. Common denial reasons for a refund include but are not limited to:
- Disagreements about deal rating
- A listing is created in error
- Too few leads or views
- Vehicle history discrepancies
- AutoCheck Vehicle History reports are provided for informational purposes only from an unaffiliated third-party vehicle report provider, and CarGurus is not responsible for any incorrect information or mistakes
- A listing is taken down for one of our Private Listing Removal Reasons
- Temporary technical issues
- A user is disabled for content or behavior deemed to be inappropriate by CarGurus
