How do I turn off/on text notifications?
Upon creating your listing, you will be given the option to subscribe to text alerts on the "Sell My Car" page. If you would like to turn these off or back on at any point you can do so bu clicking on the gear icon next to "My Messages" in your inbox:
Then, click on the green slider to toggle them on or off:
If you are still not receiving text alerts, click "See steps here" where you will be asked to verify your phone number. As a last measure, we recommend texting "START" to 64142 to ensure your number isn't blocked.
