Where can I change my CarGurus email address?

If you are on the desktop site and would like to change the email address associated with your CarGurus account, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on your username
  2. Click My Account from the dropdown menu
  3. Under Account Settings, locate the Email field and click Edit
    1. (Note: If you created your account by signing in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you will not see this option. The email address cannot be changed as it is linked to one of these three accounts. Unfortunately, a new account will need to be created).
  4. Enter your new email, and click Save

Please note that you will only be able to change your account settings on our desktop site or mobile browser. The CarGurus mobile app currently does not support account changes.
